Job Description:

Essential Functions:

1. Demonstrated proficiency in Windows, hands on support and related debugging

2. Experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler, StoreFront, etc

3. Familiarity with the fundamentals of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

4. Experience with deploying/supporting Office 365 applications, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, AWS and Azure cloud services

5. Experience in Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, file structures and security, backup and disaster recovery processes.

6. Installation of software in accordance with corporate standards

7. Follow configuration and change management processes

8. Understand computer architecture and operating systems

9. Basic knowledge of Storage Area Network and Network-Attached Storage technologies

10. Knowledge with Virtualization technologies including VMWare.

11. Assist with testing as necessary

12.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

13.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
