The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties. Our existing staff handles the accounting, advertising, and administration duties. • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
• Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
• Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner

• Monitors Service Requests from Tenants and works with the Maintenance Dept to ensure that repairs are completed to the satisfaction of both the tenant and owner.
• Sets Goals and Obtains them in order to benefit directly from their growing portfolio of properties

• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Some weekend and evening hours required
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
