Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Providing services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development
- Working on technology mergers and acquisitions
- Effecting significant acquisition programs for leading serial acquirers
- Assisting in successful strategic exits for prominent unicorns
Experience you will need :
- 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
- Must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies
- CA bar preferred, but not required
