HR Generalist

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. is looking to hire a detail-oriented, high-energy, HR Generalist to join our rapidly growing organization. 

Job Description:

The HR Generalist position will perform a broad range of Expivia's HR tasks. Due to the fact Expivia has grown considerably over the past 1.5 months~ potential applicants should be prepared to work within a fast past environment ~ a  position where two days are never the same. Above all else, we pride ourselves on being people-centric, with a daily goal of providing excellence HR support to our employees ~ who we consider an extension of our Family. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Serving as a representative of the company at career fairs in universities
• Conducing employee onboarding 
• Assisting in training & development initiatives
• Providing  support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies
  
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintaining employee files and records through Expivia's HRIS
• Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensuring  compliance with labor regulations

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelors Degree in HR/Business or a related field  OR 2 years of working experience in related field/position
• Strong computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft Office required)
• First rate planning and project management skills 
• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills 
• Aptitude in problem solving 
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Strong analytical thinking ability
• Detail-Oriented, pro-active, and organized 
• Ability to work well in both individual and team settings
• POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND EFFORT
