We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with testing experience in SAP IBP to join our client team in St Paul, MN. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Senior QA Analyst specializing in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience in SAP QA and deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing of SAP IBP modules including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning and Optimization, ensuring adherence to functional requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand configuration requirements and ensure alignment with testing processes.
• Validate interfaces and integration with third-party tools to ensure seamless functionality.
• Utilize Test Suite Management tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Work closely with onsite and offshore resources to coordinate testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP QA, with a focus on SAP IBP modules.
• Extensive functional or configuration experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning and Optimization within SAP IBP.
• Experience with interfaces and integration of third-party tools.
• Proficiency with Test Suite Management tools for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Service Now and SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build) is a plus.

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $60 to $68 based on candidate's qualifications and experience.  This role is a 90 day project with a high likelihood of extending and is benefits eligible.  Benefits includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
