Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate the ability to listen, re-frame, influence/challenge the status quo, and collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and redefine processes as well as elicit and document requirements
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business analysis processes, competencies, and tools (e.g. As-Is / To-Be Process Flows, Requirements Definition, Requirements Traceability, Data Modeling / Mapping, EDI, etc).
- Conduct in-depth analysis, discovery, and research.
- Collaborate with technical leadership (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Security, Infrastructure) to gather non-functional requirements and ensure alignment with client standards
Qualifications
- Experience using multiple planning and delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Diverse experience as a Business Analyst working on different types of efforts (Development, Infrastructure, Package Integration)
- Experience implementing ERP Systems, strong understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience
