The Role We are looking for a highly motivated, data focused analyst to be responsible for quality assurance activities in delivery of data services to customers What You’ll Do Use trends and quantitative analysis to review and approve quality of incoming and outgoing data feeds Proactively trouble-shoot exceptions with deeper level investigations into the data Distribute and work production activities with the QA team Oversee production tasks to ensure data quality, early identification of potential data issues and on time delivery of products Work well within a close team to review issues, share workload and ensure all production tasks are completed on time. Ability to clearly summarize quality issues to internal stake-holders, providing appropriate back up detail and potential product impacts Ensure quality analysis methods for the team are continuously improving and make recommendations for process improvement Provide ad hoc reporting to internal business stakeholders What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent 5 years of progressive data analysis experience Expert skills in SQL querying Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables Demonstrated skills in visualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methods Attention to detail with data interpretation skills Be able to prioritize, execute and deliver in fast paced environment with tight deadlines It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
