We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator (Hybrid) to be responsible for designing and posting original content on the company online platforms and identify new ways to reach consumers. The responsibilities of a Social Media Content Creator include posting content on social media, designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media. To be successful as a Social Media Content Creator, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies. Ultimately, a top-notch Social Media Content Creator should be computer literate, highly organized, and able to work with little direction.
• This position is not eligible for any benefits
• Come to office meeting once a week
• Work schedule will consist of an average of 7-10 hours/week. Hours per week may increase or decrease based on ExploreMyPC social media need
• May be required to work a flexible work schedule, outside of normal business hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours
Objectives of this Role • Must have a deep understanding of TikTok, FaceBook, Twitter & Instagram trends, culture, and best practices
• Must show a portfolio or samples of social media video work (TikToks, Reels, vlogs, etc)
• Must be able to drive to our Henderson location one a week
• Experience with basic graphic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Exceptional skills in content writing and copy editing
• Knowledge of motion graphics a plus
• Producing content to be posted online.
• Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
• Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers.
• Using programming skills to build pages and applications.
• Measuring key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Associate / Bachelor Degree in related field or pursuing degree
• Pass Background Check
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Pursuing a Degree in Graphic Design or Computer Sciences.
• Good communication skills.
• Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
• Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Be able to produce original ideas
