Front Desk Lead

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Lead will report directly to the Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Lead’s role is to ensure that the front desk is providing exceptional service to all of our guests and being of utmost assistance with any particular requests or situations that may arise.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with guest check-ins and check outs
- Answer all telephone calls
- Be a resource for guests when they have any questions regarding the resort
- Assist with any reservation requests over the phone or in person
- Assist in training and mentoring of the front desk agents.
- Resolve any customer service concerns while on duty and report concerns to Front Desk Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- One year or more experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Lead
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in vacation ownership or hospitality industry is preferred
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Computer literate
Required Competencies:
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
