Job Title: Director of Face-to-face Marketing

Overview:

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as the Director of Face-to-face Marketing, where you will lead our Neighborhood Marketing and Shows & Events departments. This pivotal role requires a charismatic and dedicated individual to build and lead high-performing door-to-door teams and create a buzz-worthy presence at shows and events.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and Lead Teams:

Develop and lead a top-notch Neighborhood Marketing team to engage with potential customers door-to-door.

Establish and manage the Shows & Events department, ensuring a captivating and memorable presence at various events.

2. Collaboration with Call Center Leadership:

Work closely with the call center leadership team to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination between face-to-face marketing efforts and call center activities.

Implement strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates through collaborative efforts.

3. True Grit and Dedication:

Demonstrate a relentless commitment to success and a willingness to put in the hours necessary to support and inspire your team.

Drive a culture of resilience, enthusiasm, and high performance within the face-to-face marketing teams.

4. Glowing Personality for Shows & Events:

Leverage your professional and engaging personality to establish and maintain positive relationships with event organizers, retail stores, and potential customers.

Act as a brand ambassador, creating excitement and interest in our products and services during shows and events.
