Due to the unprecedented growth, we have experienced over the past several years, we are excited to share that we are expanding to Houston and will be searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead our team of in-home Sales Professionals.
Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) by managing, developing, coaching, and motivating a team of 8-10 Sales Professionals. We are seeking a candidate who is dedicated to achieving and surpassing growth targets, possesses a strong sense of urgency, and exhibits professionalism and persistence.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership and is directly accountable for team results. You should have a high level of personal and professional drive, persistence, and a proven track record of success in 1-appointment, in-home, home improvement sales management. Additionally, you should have successfully managed a team of 6 or more in-home sales professionals.
As the Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas on a weekly basis. This includes setting individual sales targets, tracking sales goals, facilitating ongoing training for the sales team, ensuring the utilization of our sales systems and brand standards 100% of the time, fostering a team culture aligned with the overall company values, and maintaining a team of consistent top performers.
