The key responsibilities of this position include:

1. Marketing Support:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the missions and programs of nonprofit and small for-profit clients.

2. Fundraising Support:

• Assisting in development administration and prospect research to support the fundraising efforts of nonprofit and small for-profit clients.

3. Communication Coordination:

• Facilitating effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders to promote fundraising events and initiatives for nonprofit and small for-profit clients.

4. Client Relations Support:

• Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement activities for nonprofit and small for-profit clients.

5. Event Promotion:

• Supporting the promotion and coordination of fundraising events, community outreach initiatives, and other organizational activities for nonprofit and small for-profit clients.

6. Administrative Support:

• Providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of marketing and development activities, such as data entry, record keeping, and correspondence management for nonprofit and small for-profit clients.
• Candidates for this role should possess a combination of marketing, communication, and administrative skills as well as a passion for advancing the missions of nonprofit and small for-profit clients through effective marketing and fundraising efforts.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in Divi builder for Wordpress
- Experience with advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or social media ads
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
- Understanding of SEO best practices for website optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
