Successful and Growing Wealth Management Firm is Seeking a Client Service Manager

Wealth management firm in Naples is seeking an extremely detail-oriented self-starter in the servicing of current and prospective client relationships. Someone with a background in financial services, brokerage, wealth management or banking industry experience is a plus. You would be working directly with advisors to provide excellent client services. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience is a plus. 

 

Job Duties: 

  • Assist advisors with their day-to-day activities
  • Perform general admin duties such as answering phones, processing mail, scheduling meetings, client follow-up 
  • Prepare advisor for client meetings
  • Prepare presentation and sales material
  • Onboard new clients, set up accounts, recurring money movements, etc.
  • Execute marketing plan and provide routine market data and analysis
  • Maintain information for company CRM database

Preferred Skills: 

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Background in financial services, wealth management or banking industry
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and be self motivating
  • Hold Series 65 license or willing to pursue is a major plus

Pay: $25/hr depending on experience

Location: Naples, FL

Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm
