Express Employment Professionals is working with a local Manufacturing Company in the Rochester NY area looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team!

In this position you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries regarding company products. You will serve as the main point of contact to customers & will assist in developing and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of quotes.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes
  • Process and enter customer orders
  • Follow up on order status and expedite as needed
  • Resolve any customer problems
  • Assist sales force in obtaining new leads
  • Manages customer forecasts and blanket orders

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 4 years in a Customer Service related role

This is a full time position working in the office, Monday - Friday 8a - 4:30p

pay based on experience starting at $49k annually.
