Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Representatives will provide outstanding customer service to members through phone interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Actively promote and educate members on a variety of credit union products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
• Meet and exceed sales and service goals by identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Assist members with transactions, account information, and provide guidance on financial matters.

Experience:

• 2 years of teller experience preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial transactions and procedures.
• 1-2 years of recent sales and administrative experience, showcasing your ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and promote a positive customer experience.
