Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Provide information about services and products to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment
- Sort, clean, and launder linens and towels
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
-Must be able to work one or two nights when needed, holidays and weekends
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with hotel or similar establishment operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bi-lingual is a plus
-Ability to work unsupervised once you've been trained
