Income? Our starting pay for this position is $30-35 per hour, depending on experience level.

Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply to this job if you have:

• 2 years in lead generation using self-serve platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook/ Instagram, Microsoft Ad Center, X)
• Experience in legal lead generation is a plus!
• Proven track record of successful lead generation in high-volume settings
• Proven expertise in split testing strategies
• Understanding of the principles of PPC campaigns, digital marketing, web analytics
• Punctual and have reliable transportation to and from work
• Google Ads Certification and/or Facebook Certification preferred

What your new role entails

As a member of our marketing team, you will focus primarily on lead generation by developing and refining new and existing campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.) to increase the volume and quality of leads and constantly running A/B tests to improve overall ROI. Success in this position requires prior lead generation experience using proven strategies, as well as an innovative, self-starter mindset.

Some additional job duties:

• Build tailored campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives
• Implement and continuously optimize A/B testing for all campaigns to maximize lead quality and volume
• Oversee the development and deployment of automation strategies that will be leveraged to increase conversion rates
• Generating legal leads for class action lawsuits and car accidents
• Develop banner ad strategies on self-serve platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display, etc.)
• Develop strategies for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase lead generation efforts
