A Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee relations and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
Be able to perform all responsibilities and requirements as specified in the sales associate job description.
Flexibility to accommodate sudden schedule changes and availability to be on call 24 hours a day, if an
emergency arises.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work with and motivate employees to achieve the best buying experience and business climate for
our customers and our employees.
Be able to work effectively in the general physical environment or surroundings under which the job must be
performed.
Be able to meet the physical demands such as walking, stopping, lifting, handling boxes, talking, seeing, etc.
including the amount of physical effort to perform each task as well as the length of time during which the effort
must expend both in duration and frequency.
College preferred, or experience in retail and management.
