What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse / Driver position at Express Pros?
We have a local company seeking a Box Truck Driver with a DOT Med Card. This position will consist of a good blend of both warehouse work and driving. Our Driver will be responsible for delivering and transporting freight and materials daily to the sale center locations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers.
- Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to directed individual.
- Completing inventory counts.
- Picking and verifying orders
- Daily checklist of check in and out times along with truck maintenance.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-year truck/box truck driving experience.
- Must possess a valid license with a clean driving record with no restrictions, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical examination requirements.
- CDL license a plus; may be required for operating vehicles assigned to particular sales centers.
- Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
- Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with the Company.
