Responsibilities

Bonobos is seeking a Site Operations Associate to support our eCommerce platform while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Founded on a better-fitting pair of pants and the best-in-class customer service around, Bonobos is one of the fastest growing digitally native apparel companies ever. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce & Acquisition, the Site Operations Associate will play a critical role in providing a consistent and engaging eCommerce site for customers to interact with the Bonobos brand while having a seamless, digital shopping experience.

The Site Operations Associate is at the core of how Bonobos operates and our reinvention of how customers shop. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our eCommerce website, optimizing user experience, and maintaining efficient operations.

What you'll do...

• Manage and maintain Bonobos' ecommerce website, ensuring that product listings, images and descriptions are accurate, up-to-date and presented in a brand-appropriate and engaging way
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update site content including promotions, campaigns and featured products to align with marketing strategies and seasonal trends
• Conduct regular testing to ensure website functionality (navigation, search capabilities, checkout process, overall user experience) while identifying and resolving any issues
• Analyze website metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance site performance, conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory levels on the website, monitoring stock availability, product categorization and ensuring accurate product information
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries related to website functionalities, order status and general queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Manage the onsite order processing and fulfillment function, working closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of customer orders
• Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and partners to obtain product information, resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to website updates, operational processes and standard operating procedures
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in eCommerce site operations, suggesting innovative solutions and improvements to enhance overall efficiency

• A positive "all-hands-on-deck" attitude and willingness to get the job done
• A Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, website management or similar
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, content management systems and online merchandising
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze website performance and user behavior
• Proficient in Excel and basic HTML/ CSS experience
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing workflows
• A positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with team members to achieve deliverables
• Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and work independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task between projects and aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Asana project management tool preferred
