Job Title : Oracle OTL Payroll consultant
Location : King of Prussia, PA / Milford, OH (Day 1 onsite)
Duration : Long term contract
Experience level : 10 Yrs
Job Description :
Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound / outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge :
- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications
- Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business / technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs
- Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements.
- Expertise in Payroll processes.
- Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support.
- Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes.
- Understanding change management process.
- Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations.
- Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
- Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus.
- Experience in ADP payroll is a plus.
