Extended Stay Brunswick is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator. This position is responsible for providing direct customer service, in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner.
The Front Desk Administrator has a combination of duties related to check-in and check-out of guest, contributing to an overall positive experience for our guest. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous Hotel Work Experience
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Must possess excellent skills to handle the delicate situation of emergency, security, and welfare of our guests
- Computer skills including Word and Excel
- Requires strong people and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service
- Accounting / Quick Book experience a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and have reliable transportation.
