Main skills/characteristics needed in order to make an offer:
- 1 year of purchasing / buying experience OR internship in buyer role
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
- Administrative knowledge
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior buyer and purchasing team.
- Maintain and update purchasing records and databases, including purchase orders, supplier information, and pricing data.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchase reports and budgets.
- Manage and track delivery schedules and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Generate and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Salary Information
- $22-27/hour based on experience
