Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Calculates and analyzes commissions monthly
- Prepares reports analyzing and summarizing commission compensation for sales and executive leadership
- Calculates annual sales targets, conducts monthly reviews and communicates calculations with management
- Analyzes sales targets by territory and makes necessary adjustments based on Business Unit(s) decisions
- Leads annual sales forecasting for Business Unit(s)
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- 3 years experience in sales analysis
- Advanced excel and query experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
