Who You Are:
The Finance Intern will serve as a resource for internal departments and clients to navigate and facilitate various tasks and functions within the Extensis Finance Department.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare, organize, and store information in paper and digital forms.
- Deal with email, phone and mail inquiries and general Business correspondence
- Summarize information (i.e., process manuals),
- Take minutes/notes during meetings, transcribe various forms of information, and store it in a computer-based file
- Perform research online
- Maintain office equipment including scanners, fax machines, printers, and telephones
- Manage office documentation using computer-based documentation software
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- Proofread / edit documents
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate) or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 0-2 years of experience working in a professional setting
- An interest in, or 0-2 years of experience working in, accounting, book keeping, or financial reporting is preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Timely complete assigned analysis and reconciliations
- Completion of weekly 1 on 1 meetings with Supervisor
