IT Specialist - Hybrid

As the newest member of our team, you will be managing and optimizing our Microsoft Teams platform and providing technical support. You have at least 3 years of Microsoft tech tack experience with Windows and MacOS, along with basic network administration. This is a unique opportunity to support our IT infrastructure, establish best practices, drive improvements, and take on new challenges as the company grows. You are comfortable working with some level of ambiguity and willing to jump in wherever you can to help the team. Mastering the daily activities of our Microsoft Teams product platform, network, communications, and office systems
Providing technical support to staff, including laptop configuration, updating apps, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
Conducting ongoing planning of information systems, recommending changes and updates to meet business needs
Assisting in forecasting, tracking, and managing hardware and software costs for financial planning
Collaborating with security consultants and managed service providers to maintain security standards and company requirements
Coordinating IT-related projects, communicating outages, bugs and supporting your users
Working in a hybrid environment – home office, company office in Lakewood and collocation in Denver
Pitching in wherever you can to support the team!
Education in computer information systems or information technology and 3 years experience as a system support specialist in a Microsoft centric environment
In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and IT best practices
Technically savvy with an understanding of computer hardware and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues for both PC and Mac
Comfortable supporting remote staff and managing hybrid work environments
Ready to take on increasing responsibilities as the role evolves
Base salary $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience plus an impressive suite of benefits
