Experience:

• Proficient in using Xactimate software for estimating roofing, siding, and window projects.
• Skilled in accurately measuring and documenting project details to create comprehensive estimates.
• Experienced in reviewing and interpreting insurance claims to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.
• Familiar with industry standards and guidelines for pricing materials and labor in Xactimate.
• Collaborative team player, able to work with project managers, contractors, and clients to finalize estimates and proposals.
• Detail-oriented and organized, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the estimation process.
• Continuously updating skills and knowledge of Xactimate software to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
