The Role
The Product Owner is the member of the team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog so as to streamline the execution of program priorities, while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for which the team is responsible.
The Main Responsibilities
Prepare and participate in PI Planning
Participate in Iteration Planning
Define Stories
Refine Backlog including providing acceptance criteria
Prioritize Team Backlog
Accept Stories as done
Provide Agile Coaching and leverage diagnostics
Support Acceptance Test-driven Development
Participate in Team Demo
Participate in Retrospective
Attend weekly PO sync meetings
Produce System Demo
Define and Implement improvement Stories
What We Look For in a Candidate
Fully seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience. For those with a Master's degree, 4-6 is expected.

Salary Range
Salary Min $71460 Salary Max $159120
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
