Job Description: Peak Time Banking Specialist - Waco
Location: Waco, TX
Extraco Banks is seeking a Part Time Banking Specialist to join our team. This position is located on site in Waco, Texas. Individuals in this position must be able to work a flexible schedule. Schedules are set based on business need and subject to change.

- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred.
Experience:
- At minimum 1 year customer service, cash handling, or sales experience required
- Banking experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Bilingual a plus.
