Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Floor Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting our products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies - Provide product information and answer customer inquiries - Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals. Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, and change.
