ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Is the first point of contact in IT for customer needs to help troubleshoot problems.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Facilitates all user on-boarding and off-boarding tasks, including user creation or deletion, software licensing, computer and phone setup, and basic systems training.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs workstations (Windows & Apple), hardware, software, and computer peripherals; both Onsite and Remote.
- Installs, maintains and enhances workstation’s hardware and software systems by building, testing, implementing and supporting new products, facilitating the acquisition of upgrades, developing or purchasing enhancements, and making modifications based on established plans and procedures.
- Assist customers in understanding and using their workstations by providing day-to-day consulting assistance, problem resolution, informal training and by developing and distributing formal and informal documentation.
- Diligently monitor the IT ticketing system, create support articles, and provide backend customization to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Manage the company’s Office 365/Mimecast system, SharePoint modifications, and associated Microsoft applications.
- Track and maintain inventory of all company assets.

- Warehouse Support: Strong printer and warehouse device support skills, such as with Zebra Printers, USB hand scanner, and Symbol RF Guns.
- Network Support: The ability to troubleshoot networking issues and modify the infrastructure setup if required.
- Office/SharePoint: Familiarity with creating users in Office365, Managing Groups and Mailboxes, and supporting changes to our SharePoint sites.
- Active Directory: Creating Users, Security Groups, and managing this utility regularly.
BS or BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.- Superior interpersonal and communication skills – ability to thrive in a team environment Effective Communication: Speaks to both technical and nontechnical audiences with ease.
- Initiative – ability to work and achieve objectives independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Strong Problem Solving and Process Improvement Skills and evaluative: Understands complex business issues and how to solve them through technology.
- Experience in working with complex business solutions in the outdoor industry specifically relating to multiple offices, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with the Executive Management of an organization. Ability to meet deadlines, to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products, and to take initiative in the development and completion of projects, while also managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
A collaborative, open space work environment located on the first floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Team members share a common desk area. In a contained IT room. There are approximately 125 employees in the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses a workout facility, multiple quiet telephone booths and a large employee breakroom for the employee’s use.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
