Summary:

Exxelia USA (part of Exxelia Group & HEICO Corp), a leading designer and manufacturer of high reliability passive components and precision subsystems, seeks an ERP Analyst to join its Film Capacitors Team. This person will serve as on-site support for improvements to and maintenance of technical data in the ERP system.

Requirements:

Essential Skillsets:

. Strong analytical, problem solving, creative thinking, and reasoning skills with an aptitude for learning, understanding, and applying knowledge to solve challenges.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to carry out technical discussions.

. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)

. Must be eligible to work in the USA as a “US Person” (Exxelia is a manufacturer of Export Controlled products)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

. Assist Engineering in gathering and analyzing business process requirements to implement improvements to technical data in the ERP system.

. Run production reports from the ERP system and analyze data to support site KPI's.

. Collaborate across multiple departments (Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Finance, & Engineering) within the organization to diagnose and resolve technical data issues within the ERP system.

. Support Engineering efforts to reduce inventory (Raw Material & Finished Goods), achieve on-time delivery for customers, and reduce lead times through optimizations of BOM's, Routings, and cross-compatible product setup.



Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

. Associate's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Equivalent.

. 2 Years experience working with ERP systems in a production environment preferred.



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully and in consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
