The Project Communication Manager for a high-tech facility at Exyte plays a critical role in ensuring effective communication, both internally and externally, to support the successful execution of the project. This position serves as a key liaison between the company, the client, and various stakeholders. The Project Communication Manager's purpose is instrumental in fostering a collaborative, informed, and motivated project team while safeguarding the company's reputation, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

• Align communication efforts with the client's expectations, project objectives, and corporate communication standards, ensuring a unified and coherent message throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Manage external communication efforts, including media relations, press releases, and public announcements, in coordination with the corporate communication team and the community engagement manager.
• Develop and implement internal communication channels to keep project team members informed, motivated, and aligned with project goals.
• Create engaging and informative project-related content, such as newsletters, presentations, reports, and website updates, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and messaging guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a robust crisis communication plan, allowing for timely responses to potential issues and ensuring the project's reputation remains intact during critical situations.
• Manage the communication budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support project objectives and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies for large-scale construction or high-tech facility projects.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and tailor communication to meet their specific needs and expectations.
• Proficiency in creating diverse communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, reports, and digital content, adhering to corporate branding and messaging guidelines.
