We are seeking a School Social Worker to join our team of top pediatric specialists. Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidence-based practices in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting through one-on-one and group sessions with children and adolescents, and providing family support through direct service.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 direct therapy hours per week.
- Provide therapy services for therapy groups, individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks.
- Complete daily treatment notes, initial and annual evaluations, plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
- Utilize the most current evidence based treatment and theoretical models that align with Eyas Landing guiding theories of practice.
- Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
- Collaborate with scheduling team to manage caseload requirements.
- Create visual schedules, social stories, and home programs to help support therapy goals.
- Participate in required supervision meetings for first six months of employment and as needed per discretion of supervisor.
- Report directly to your supervisor on all tasks, employee performance and meetings as needed.
- Participate in quarterly performance check-ins with supervisor, and annual performance reviews with supervisor and clinic director.
- Participate in all required company orientation, professional development days and ongoing trainings as required.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings, department meetings and as needed team meetings.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A valid license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education, endorsed as a School Social Worker
- Master's degree required
- Experience working with children or clients with special needs preferred
