Eye Surgery of Eastern Ohio is a busy surgery practice seeking a front desk receptionist with medical billing experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Check in patients
  • Answer telephone
  • Schedule appointments
  • Triage calls
  • Insurance verification / Pre-certs
  • Billing
  • Document and use EHR
  • Misc. office duties

Applicant must have:

  • Multitasking skills
  • DEPENDABLE
  • Attention to detail
  • MUST TRAVEL TO OUR SATELLITE OFFICE IN ST. CLAIRSVILLE 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK
  • Medical billing knowledge and experience is REQUIRED
  • Great bedside manner a must
  • Retaining and relaying communication to the patient and doctor a must
  • Protects patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information

This is a full time time position working 5 days per week. Must be willing to travel to our St. Clairsville office 1-2 days per week.
