We are actively seeking a dedicated Part-Time Optometrist to join our esteemed practices in Coventry, RI, and Wyoming, RI. This position involves working three days a week, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional patient care in both primary care and medical optometry settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage various ocular diseases and conditions.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and other treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain precise patient records and documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of primary care and medical optometry.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active optometrist license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry institution.
• Successful completion of all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.
• Prior clinical experience is preferred, although not mandatory.
