Our offices are modern and we use state-of-the-art equipment, such as OCT diagnosis diseases imaging to painlessly check your eyes for conditions such as; glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.
About the Position
*Recent grads and experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply!
Our new optometrists will be a welcome addition to our team and family and are expected to
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases such as diabetes-related glaucoma and myopia
- Prescribe the right contact lenses
- Perform small vision therapy
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Manage and treat eye emergencies
Salary
Starting $170,000 annually or 16% of net collections, whichever is greater
Benefits
- Licensing Fee Reimbursement: We pay your Board licensing fees every 2 years.
- Continuing Ed: What we do for CE is to reimburse you up to $700/year for your CE classes, and allow you 2 paid days off per year to attend classes.
- Vacation: Year 1 you will earn 20 days. There are also 3 sick days per year in addition to the aforementioned vacation days. Unpaid vacation days are available if you wish to take more time with prior approval from management.
- RA/401(k) with a 3% employer match. Eligibility after 1 year of employment.
- Relocation Package: The corporation will provide contributions in an amount of up to $3,000 to cover moving expenses.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am- 6pm with lunch from 1pm-2pm
