Your role:
Strive to deliver the best possible patient experience
Engage with patients in an authentic way by sharing expertise & experience related to their eyewear journey
Stay up-to-date with fashion--especially eyewear--and industry trends
Lean in to changes in technology & business trends
Collaborate with peers and manager to enhance patient care, solve problems, boost performance & create a positive workspace

Greet the patient warmly with eye contact and a smile before the door closes behind them
Make recommendations to the patient for additional eyewear pieces based on the patient’s lifestyle & fashion sense
Prioritize patient care while contributing to the inner workings of the office (administrative and basic daily operations)
Promote limited time specials, events & services to patients
Learn industry-specific technology & concepts
Follow through on obligations, keep a keen eye on details, and excel while multitasking
