Responsibility:

Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets stored in the warehouse.
Coordinate the procurement and receiving process for new IT assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements.
Design and implement efficient storage systems for IT assets, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
Facilitate the deployment and retrieval of IT assets according to predefined procedures and schedules.
Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of IT assets.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations regarding IT asset management and documentation.
Generate regular reports on asset utilization, inventory levels, procurement status, and compliance metrics for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Proficiency in asset tracking software, database management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and IT asset management best practices is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
