We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accommodation Solutions Associate/Coordinator.

This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for our company, which specializes in providing short and long-term stay accommodations.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

* Booking guests and managing reservations

* Inspecting units to ensure they are fully prepared for guests (including cleaning if necessary)

* Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and record-keeping * Communicating effectively with guests and team members

* Providing exceptional customer service * Being flexible with schedule, as shifts and hours may change often.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied

* Experience in the hospitality industry

* A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Work schedule: 6 days a week with 1 day off on a floating schedule. Some dates will be 9 am to 6 pm (office days) and some dates will be 12 noon to 9 pm (field days).

Pay: $2500/month salary base pay $500 bonus pay
