**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and work under an Office Manager.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for work travel jobs
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist with HR fulfillment needs
- Develop and maintain a filing system
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience as a clerk or personal assistant
- Ability to type efficiently
- Bi-lingual
- Knowledge of phone systems
