About the Role
The Marketing Director is responsible for F.I.R.S.T. Institute’s marketing activities and assists in developing and delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy for the institute.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and implementation of the brand strategy.
- Assists in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing programs.
- Oversees marketing strategy implementation - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the school’s Admissions team, enabling them to meet their enrollment objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
- Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
- Ensuring that the marketing team implements the marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the educational management team to define marketing materials?and programs.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media?reputation and recognition.
- Developing, delivering, and managing marketing, advertising, and communications strategies for the organization from start to finish.
- Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Competitor research
- Tracks marketing budgets
- Building brand awareness and positioning
- Oversees content creation such as email marketing, video, graphic design, web, and blog content.

Experience Requirements

- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at our facility daily physically.
