F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Showroom Sales Consultant for its Hyannis, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer interaction
- Assist clients with product selection
- Process and maintain wholesale and retail customer orders
- Work closely with inside and outside sales staff to meet customers’ needs
- Produce bids for customer approval
- Schedule and manage customer deliveries
- Handle and resolve customer service issues, in a professional manner
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Facilitate transfers between other FW Webb locations
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Previous sales experience preferred. Strong sales aptitude required.
- Effective verbal, written, and computer skills required.
- Must be customer service focused and quality oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.58 per hour
