This position is to provide administrative support and reports into the Office Manager and/or the project team with a core responsibility of owner billings and disbursement of payments.
- Project set up in Company Software (Site Specs and Procore)
- Issue Subcontract and supplier agreements
- Prepare and submit monthly billings to clients
- Disperse payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Collect and review waivers of lien
- Verify Subcontractor Insurance for compliance with contract requirements
- General office support such as data entry, faxing and typing
- Responsibilities of Clerk
- Other duties as assigned
