Identify and verify the following-Part names and numbers-Proper metals and equipment prior to use-Proper tooling for specific machines/jobs-Use all provided safety tools related to specific machine use-Have knowledge of how to use and set up tooling for machines listed below:
CNC Punch Press/Fiber Laser-Document use and wear of all tooling-Complete process checks prior to and during operation to confirm the following-Tolerances-Proper machine function-Quality standards-Maintain accuracy and motivation on repetitive jobs-Maintain a clean working area during and after operation-Ensure machine is clean and in proper working condition prior to, during and after use-Communicate clearly with the next shift regarding the following-Completed items-Urgent items-Machine details-Items schedule next-Report any broken tooling or machinery in a timely manner-Initiate process improvements-Work with other process machine operators to ensure that the flow of product is efficient
