Our F45 Bothell team is looking for a fitness enthusiast that is interested in growing a presence for fitness and community at our Bothell Studio. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow our studio and feels comfortable making over 70 warm calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills, and an overall self-driven salesperson. Best Candidates will have the ability to be in Studio full time as well as being responsive to incoming Leads, Lead messaging daily within the sales cycle to hit and exceed their sales targets and goals. 
 
 
  • Our Sales Lead role at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studio, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
  • As an F45 Sales and Marketing Lead, you will participate in the operation & success of a fast pace fitness studio, build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses, and local businesses.
  • Conduct face-to-face goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.
  • Work collaboratively with the studio management team to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.
  • Formulating partnerships with local businesses in order to generate leads.
  • Generate 10 new leads daily.
  • Connect/call up to 70 warm leads daily.
  • Attend all sales and training meetings
  • Comfortable learning new Software (MBO, LoyalSnap, Slack) for essential role functions.

Essential Skills and Characteristics:
 
 
  • Best in class customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
  • Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
  • Ability to work and function in an F45 Team environment
  • Willingness and Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed. (this is not a clock in and clock out role, but one with a sales component which needs someone who is ambitious and goal oriented to succeed at hitting and exceeding sales goals)
 
Additional Requirements Include:
 
 
  • Ability to take 1-2   F45 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
 
Technological Know-How:
 
 
  • At a minimum, basic use MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
  • Use of Mind-Body Online Software (desired)
 
Education and/or Experience Required:
 
 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPR/AED Certified (preferred)
Compensation: $17.50 to 20.00 per hour DOE base, plus commission on New Client Sales,  plus Target Bonus eligible.
