What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at F45?
We are currently seeking qualified Sales Associates for our pre-sale locations in Plantation, FL, and Pembroke Pines, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program and lead generation program.
- Maintains accurate records using established F45 sales systems.
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls.
- Leads F45 studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
- Greet members & guests promptly, enthusiastically & with a smile to create a friendly positive F45 studio experience.
- Must be able to participate in at least 1 scheduled F45 workout per week once the studio is open.
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
- Responsible for processing accurate sales transactions.
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative F45 training programs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
- Ability to work and function in an F45 TEAM environment.
- Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
