What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Product Order Coordinator position at FABRICUT?
Summary: To implement and coordinate new product orders with our mills for Booking, Stock and sales meetings
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring new product gets ordered with the mills.
Ensuring mill confirms all terms, pricing, etc. and expiration dates.
Ensure everything ships on time as requested.
Ongoing follow-up coordinating with Bookmaker schedule.
Working directly with the Booking department, designers, etc.
- Make sure all gets loaded on CRT.
Maintain files.
Assist other department employees.
Interface with other departments to provide good service.
Display good safety and housekeeping practices.
Uses materials and equipment effectively.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Experience of a Fabricut Purchasing Department Clerk in order to understand this job function.
Computer, PC skills.
Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, AS400.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Organized and have the ability to multi-task.
