What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Clerk position at Fabritec, LLC?
PURPOSE:
To provide a wide range of administrative assistance to the Account Managers, thus enabling the Account Managers to focus on high-level care of and attention to their assigned accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides simple quotes using our templates
· If quotes are not necessary, writes orders using our templates
· Forwards quotes and orders to Account Manager for their review
· Adds documents and CI’s to folders as instructed by Account Manager
· Reserves fabric for each job
· Reserves motors and electronics
· Forwards folders to Production as instructed by Account Manager
· Processes OTS I (Orders to Ship and Invoice)
· Process OTS (Orders to Ship)
· Process OTC (Orders to Change)
· Processes catalog and swatch requests from customers
· Communicates with customers as directed by Account Managers
· Other tasks as requested by individual Account Managers
SKILLS:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
· Excellent grammar and spelling skills
· Strong knowledge of Fabritec systems and products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
