Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance your network and reputation.

Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries, customized recommendations, and proactive assistance throughout the travel planning process.

Stay informed about industry trends, destination developments, and travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to your clients.

Manage administrative tasks, including booking reservations, processing payments, and maintaining records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Be 18 years of age or older and live in the United States.

Own a computer and a smartphone with reliable internet access.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to build and grow your own business.

Excellent work ethic, a passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients experience the world.

Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee reservations and itineraries effectively.

Good working knowledge of computer skills, social media, email use and the ability to attend Zoom meetings.

Be self-motivated, good at time management and able to follow instructions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
